Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996), also known by his stage names 2Pac or simply Pac, was an American artist renowned for his rapping and hip ho music, as well as his movie roles, poetry, and his social activism.
He is a legend and a big inspiration to many of the rappers out there today. He had wrote many tunes from his pass that some we still have not heard of yet but his music is continuing to produce by other producers in respect to his death. R.I.P. Tupac.
His dress code play massive role to his music and his image to the public. The head banner that he wear is one his trade mark for his image along with the chain around his neck and the tattoos on his body.

Natorious Big ( aka Biggie)
Christopher George Latore Wallace (May 21, 1972 – March 9, 1997), aka as Biggie Smalls after a gangster in the 1975 film Let's Do It Again, Big Poppa, Frank White from the film King of New York, and his primary stage name, The Notorious B.I.G., was an American artist well-known for his smooth rapping and hip hop music.
Biggie started rapping from a young age which lead him to made a demo tape under the name Biggie Smalls. This was reference to his childhood nickname. The tape was reportedly made with no serious intent on getting a recording deal, but was promoted by New York-based DJ Mister Cee, who had previously worked with Big Daddy Kane.
Just like Tupac he is also a big inspiration to many of the rappers out there today. The unfortunate to his death in 1997, his music is also still continuing to produce by other producers. R.I.P. Biggie
The style of his looks influenced by the 80's Hip Hop culture. He is well known for his hat, the jackets and the bling hanging around his neck and on his fingers.
Salt n Pepa
Salt-N-Pepa is an American hip hop duo that came onto the music scene in 1985 and went on to sell over 13 million albums and singles. They are the top selling female rap act, consisting of the lineup of: Cheryl James, Sandra Denton ("Salt" and "Pepa", respectively), and the group's DJ, Deidra "Dee Dee" Roper (Spinderella).
Hip Hop started off men making beats and rapping lyrics along the side. As the music got popular many female also started to make beats and rapping too.
Artist like Salt n Pepa is one of the lengend from the 80's Hip Hop, even though they are no longer making music but there original tunes are still blasting in the clubs and the videos are still play on the music channels.
Their styles was HOT in the 80's, it was sexy and it was new to the Hip Hop culture. Their trade mark of the black bras and hot-pants had set the statement to the new fashion which made them the hottest female Hip Hop artist of all time.
RUN DMC
Run-D.M.C. was a pioneering hip hop group during the 1980s, founded by Joseph "Rev Run" Simmons, Darryl "D.M.C." McDaniels and Jason "Jam-Master Jay" Mizell. The group had an impact on the development of hip hop through the 1980s and is credited with breaking hip hop into mainstream music. The three members of Run-D.M.C. grew up in the neighbourhood of Hollis in the New York City borough of Queens, USA.
Their trade marks are impact in the yellow gold rope chains with the addidas shoes pendent, the top hats, Addidas sneakers and the oversized glasses. The name tag on the shell Addidas sneakers are off the hook and it has been one of Addidas best selling designs from all time.

Moodboard Part II
This is my moodboard showing my inspiration for the Thai culture. In my research I want to look at the art and textiles of Thai culture because I think this they art beautiful and it will add details on to my designs. I also want to look at the traditional dancing costumes and theatre costumes, I want to use some of the details on to my designs too.

I want to look more into the old school from back in the 80's such as MC Hammer, RUN DMC, DJ Grandmaster Flash, Salt n Pepa, MC Lyte and many more. In this research I want to look at the style of the garments and the silhouette of the rappas.
